About Rachel I. Zeiph, APC
Rachael I. Zeiph, APC is a San Francisco native and family attorney with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of San Francisco State University, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice, Magna Cum Laude before going on to earn her J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law.
Going to law school was a lifelong dream for Rachael, though becoming an attorney was not her first career track. Before practicing law, she worked in the insurance industry and public relations for a major Silicon Valley firm. After pivoting to the legal field, she served two terms on the Family Law Section and ran a Brown Bag Lunch series — a program that gives attorneys, therapists, and other professionals free lunches and educational presentations — for several years. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Outside of her professional life, Rachael currently serves on the Acalanes Boosters Board, spent numerous years serving the Cub Scouts as the Advancement Chairperson. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting her children, walking and hiking with her dogs Daisy and Blue, and quilting.
